• My 2 yr account is over on November 29th. If I try to get out of my contract now, will I be charged and how much?

  • If you try to get out now, yes you will be charged. I don't believe they do prorated ETF. So it's a flat fee of $175. Stick it out.

Just wait. You got about a month left. What's the need to be in a hurry?

    EDIT:

    tonymci2:

It's not illegal. Read the article carefully. It's only in one state. Btw, how is it illegal when, lets say it's you, you signed the contract?

  • I think I read that it's illegal to charge a cancellation fee.

  • yea u will, maybe $150 a line or more, just wait it out. only 1 month or so

  • Yes they will. They MIGHT pro rate it for you but I doubt it. Best to wait till then end of the contract.

  • Yes you will and likely the full cancel fee which I believe is $150 per line. Probably better to just Wait since you're so close to the end anyway.
