right now i have a razr. i got an old env from a friend and i want to transfer my number from my razr to my env. i went to the verizon store but they couldn't do it right then because i'm not my primary number. they also told me i could do it online and save $20, which they would charge me to do it in the store. i found this page [http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/renew... but the "for existing equipment" link just takes me back to the main page. i'm already signed in, by the way, before i even reach this page.
i'm sorry this is long, but my question is; am i going about this correctly, and if not, where can i do it? thanks.
