    cvs build on 1/5/2006 - adding songs to a playlist seems to freeze the xbox.

  • it's no problem... we just need very detailed information in bugreports. from your description, the problem was isolated to library view. then when i look at your log file, i see you're not in library view.

    ** edit ** please let us know if it still crashes after an upgrade. there may still be a lingering bug with the character conversion for playlists.

  • how are we supposed to know it freezes in both, when your description says "adding songs to playlist freezes xbox, in lib. view - cvs 1/5/2006" ?

    and there's nothing in that log to suggest anything is wrong. i suggest you find a later cvs... i can find nothing wrong. i just queued in both library and files view without any issues. i queued a parent folder and it added 2416 songs to the playlist.
