• For about 5 days now ive had a really bad headache at the front of my head. Bright light and noise tends to make it worse but with it from time to time i keep being sick too. Ive taken paracetamol but its not helped just keeps coming back. I tend to not drink much but never had this pain before coz of it. Please advise?

  • I have a strange sollution to MOST headaches. You need a partner for this Your partner.....put one hand in the back of the head, the other against the forehead. Pretend you are trying to squeeze the head as hard (I hope your friend is not superman) as you can for about a minute.......bam! headache gone


  • Sounds a lot like a migraine. I suggest you see your doctor asap


  • It sounds like a migraine. I would go to the ER, they can give you something for the pain and possibly run some tests. Hope you feel better soon!
