• Okay, so I'm into gaming and I'm also in school. During school days I sleep at around 11-1A.M. and I have to wake up around 7:50 to be on time for school meaning I don't get much hours. Also, during weekends I tend to stay up all night and sleep at around 6am-8am. Is this bad?


  • The only way to reset your body clock is to try and get to sleep at the same time and wake up the same time every day. It may be tough at first - with some lying awake at night and early starts, but eventually your body will fall into a more healthy pattern.


  • Play less games, get more sleep.

    Seriously go to bed around 10pm if you're getting up at that time, otherwise you're gonna be drained forever.
