Schafer Brian Frederick The basic function of the Planning Commission is to make and adopt a plan for the township's land use development. The Planning Commission is required to review any plats, subdivisions, site plans or special use permits. The Richland Township Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of the month, 7:30 P.M. at the Richland Township Administration Office, 1180 North Hemlock Road. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS (3 year terms) Brian Bauer John Shields Kevin J.
