Start-up RealCall Opens U.S. Headquarters
January 5th, 2009 |RealCall said its technology links an online consumer with a company's sales representative within seconds to answer questions, close a sale and provide a positive, human touch.
RealCall offers three main products: RealCall Alert, Telebanner and TVCall. Each application provides an automated, interactive "button" linking a customer or prospect to a company's call center from a Web site, online banner advertisement, Internet-enabled mobile phone or digital interactive television ad.
Online users receive a telephone callback from the company's call center
within seconds of clicking on the RealCall button. Clients include Barclay's,
KPMG, Compuserve and ebank.com. RealCall said its application service
provider (ASP) model offers free setup and no ongoing charges -- businesses
only pay for the sales leads they receive.
